Once we have an understanding of what your needs are to fill your role, we will use our resources to find that diamond candidate that will enhance your operations!
Resume review
We will spend the time reviewing resumes and candidate profiles, to ensure the candidate is relevant for your opportunity.
Pre-Screening interview
We will use our interview process for initial conversations, to vet candidates based on our intake session with you. We ask the important questions to help us determine if we need to introduce that candidate to you. We promise to only introduce those diamond candidates!
About Me.
My name is Kesha Settles, and I am the owner and operator of Key Hiring Solutions LLC. I have about 20 yrs of combined, HR and customer service experiences. Within the HR space, I chose the recruiting function, as that is what interested me the most. Of the 20yrs of experience, 15 yrs of that, has been in corporate recruiting and onboarding, and the remaining is in customer service. I am ever so excited to connect with YOU and share high energy, talent partner expert advice, and dedicate only presenting solid candidates, who will ultimately help you grow your business!
